RV Inspection Services (RVIS, LLC) is owned by Win and Joanne Semmler. Win and Joanne primarily serve the midwest states via their office in Tomahawk, WI, but also use their Fleetwood Southwind Class A to travel to inspections throughout the country. If we can’t get to your location, we have a network of inspectors that we can use to get an inspection for you wherever you may be.

Win has been certified by the National RV Inspectors Association (NRVIA) and is affiliated with RV Inspection Connection (RVIC), a national provider of RV inspections.

Win has been a guest speaker at both the annual Rendezvous held by Workamper News, as well as the annual NRVIA inspector conference. He also regularly delivers seminars on topics related to the RV industry. Currently being offered are seminars on RV Maintenance, RV Inspections, 12 Volt Power in Your RV, and Living the RV Lifestyle. As an inspector, it is important to keep your skills current or to broaden the knowledge base. Win has completed a comprehensive course in RV electrical systems.(Win Semmler RVTNC103)

October 9, 2018, Win completed a two-day training from Lippert Technical Institute covering the Lippert hydraulic and electric leveling systems, Schwintek slides, awnings, electronic control system, and other applications.

January 4, 2018, Win completed a Dometic appliance training class covering Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Water Heaters, and Furnaces.

In October 2017, Win completed a training course and received factory certification for Aqua-Hot hydronic heating and continuous hot water systems.

Additionally, Win has conducted as well as been a guest on Webinars related to RV information or training. His latest webinar for NRVIA members was “12 VDC Power Sources For Your RV” *.
